Would I Be Required To Pay Back Child Support?

Hello Child Support America Staff. I currently live in the state of Hawaii and someone contacted me in Georgia through myspace saying I was the father of her 3 yr old son. She is married and has been with her husband since this child has been born and the husband has raised the child. He even calls him daddy. Since he has basically assumed the position as this child’s father and may have even signed his birth certificate and she hasn’t contacted me until now, do I still have to pay child support if I was determined the biological father?
