Working 2 jobs and paying child support twice

I am currently paying child support in Wisconsin through my permanent employer. In order to get myself ahead financially, I took a part-time job and they are now taking the same amount of child support that was already paid by my full time job out of my part time pay. Can they do that or was that an error?
