Will My 3 Kids Get An Equal Amount Of Money

I have one son (4) whom I pay 650 a month for and now I have two daughters (10 months & newborn) with a different woman and she will be ordering child support also. When she files for support will I be paying 650 for each child or will my two daughters get less than my son or will it all just get re adjusted?

Be sure when your taken to court that you report your paying the $650 a month to support your son. Be prepared to show the amount on paper. The amount you pay the other two children will be determined on your income. Take your 4 check stubs or income tax report. The amount could be more or less depending on your income. But do tell the judge you have another child your responsible for and HAVE PROOF. If you and the mother of the children can come up with an agreement on support there will be no need for court. Also, ask for visitation if your paying support. It takes more than money to raise a child. Be concerned about that too! -

You can also ask for a modification for the older child's support lowering the amount if you show proof of income change or more children to support. You will need to contact the local child support office to speak with the case worker.
