Will I Still Recieve Child Support?

I have not had the baby yet but I'm worried now. When i conceived i was dating the Father. We are no longer together and he has made it clear he wants no part in raising the child. When we were together and just after our break up he was making 200,000-300,000 a year. He was more recently laid off and has yet to find a new job.

When it comes to the birth of my baby, will i still have a chance of getting financial help thru child support from him? Even if he hasn't found a job yet? Also, there is a chance he will be moving to Pakistan where his family resides, will this keep me from receiving child support? Will he be able to go without paying if he moves out of the country? I do not have the financial means to afford everything i need for my baby not to mention doctor and hospital bills. Thank you.
