Will father go to jail after review?

My daughter is 4 years old and court ordered payments have only been established since April of 2010. At that time, her father was ordered to pay $470 a month in child support, and that includes paying half of her insurance every month. He paid 2 1/2 times after that and we went back to court in December 2010 because he had not been paying properly. The judge put him in jail for one night and set a release amount of $2000 and set up a review for March 17th. I did receive that $2000, plus a full payment in December. However, I have not received a payment for January 2011, and haven't received anything so far for February. I am in the state Alabama. Is it possible that if I don't receive a payment for February, that he will go to jail at his review in March??
