Why Are Fathers Treated So Unfairly

Why are fathers who don't have custody treated so unfairly? At least the ones who try to pay as outlined by the state get the short end. No one can ever figure out the percentages according to the guidelines. What are they for if they are not being applied correctly? At least be fair, some fathers really do try.

I get this feeling of worthlessness anytime I have left the court room regarding both child support and custody.

my son was married 20 yrs. to the same woman or should i say cheat they have 3 children we hope they are his he still loves her very much he committed a felony because of her now he faces 5 to life he cant get work or any kind of help he owes child support but cant pay why cant she get off her back and find some work she is a unfit mother also back taxes he owned his own business she was suppose to be doing the paper work but pleasure came first please help us find help for our son we are on social security and it is getting hard for us
thank you please help oh yes men should be considered there is dead beat mothers

17 YR MARRIAGE, BOTH WORKED THE LAST 10YRS HER PAY WAS BETWEEN 8 TO 14K LESS THEN ME! ORDERED TO PAY 425 A WEEK IN SUPPOSSAL SUP, UNEMPLOYMENT RAN OUT IN AUG 2010, COUPLE OFF JOBS 12WKS HERE, 3WKS THERE, BUT NOT ENOUGH TO COLLECT UNEMPLOYMENT. SHE KEPT HOUSE MODIFIED 3 TIMES(I'M PRIMARY BORROWER, SO MY CREDIT IS SHOT) SHE STILL HAS HOME, CAR, SHE'S ON UNEMPLOYMENT NOW GETTING 1080 EVERY TWO WEEKS.

THIS WILL BE MY FOURTH BENCH WARRANT THAT IM TURNING MY SELF IN ON, MYSELF AND PRESENT GIRLFRIEND(WHOM ALSO HAS 2KIDS FROM ANOTHER RELATIONSHIP) ARE JUST GOING FURTHER N FURTHER UNDER BAIL, RESTORATION FEES, TOWING FEES FOR CAR, IMPOUNDED CAR, ETC! CANT AFFORD ANYMORE ATTORNEY FEES, TRIED WRITING MY OWN MOTIONS, ALL HAVE BEEN DENIED! I DONT WANT LOWER MY CHILD SUPPORT AT ALL! JUST DONT UNDERSTAND HOW NON-PAYMENT OF SPOUSAL SUPPORT CAN BE GROUNDS FOR JAILTIME!! HELP IN NJ PLEASE!!!
