Where Do I begin?

Okay, I am 23 year old single mom, I work full time with my son now 7 months in daycare full time. My sons father Lives in Nevada (moapa indian reservation). we are not or ever were married. I have been on my own and taking care of my sons needs with his father not helping me out. He has not had a job since my son was born but has his 2 other Children who live with him takin care of. I want to get Child support but have no clue where to begin. His name is on the birth certificate. Can you please help me.
