Where Do I Begin With Child Support

The Child Support Enforcement Agency in Wilmington, NC gave my ex false Medicaid information to use in court to put me in arrears. I have this on court recorded CD and have taped my conversations with her where she states numerous times that they gave her that information. The Child Support Enforcement Agency has stated that my ex must have looked up that information at her place of work (she is an RN at the hospital) even tho Corporate Compliance at the hospital says that she only looked up my personal Medical information and that their records show that I am not nor have ever been a recipient of Medicaid. To top it all off I had to pay an attorney in Child Support Court to defend me after she claimed that I have not paid the full amount of Child Support since 2004, before the agency was even involved, because I didn't write "Child Support" on the checks I gave her. The Child Support Agency claimed those years were gifts. Huh? Out of control!
