whats wrong with this picture

firstly, my sons grandparent had visitation with him that she got by coming to my child support hearing!! well, after having MANY problems with her i had to take her back to court to modify visitation. She got very angry so she called her son (my sons father) and he came up here from florida trying to get CUSTODY!!! of him. the reason they did this is so the grandma could have every other week visits!! its sick. his father does not care about him at all, has not even seen him since he was 2. he's 8yrs old now. does not pay any child support and the csea refuses to do anything about it. the majistrate thats handling the case has broken so many laws on this case. she was a domestic violence prosecutor before and she has bias against me because i refused to testify, so they didn't get their conviction they were after. she keeps refusing my lawyer to bring up child support even though the case is LABELED CHILD SUPPORT!!!! what kind of a judge would allow a complete stranger the right to visitation after not even seeing the kid for 6YEARS?? i have already been through 2 lawyers and neither of them has gotten anything done!! the one i have now is supposed to be the BEST in summit county for this type of issue. i almost think he's against me as well!! what am i supposed to do???
