Whats Going On With My Child Support Case

My son's father has not made a payment since Sept 2009. He was to appear in court in March 2010. I want to know what is going on with my case. He has recently acquired a job and I'm now paying for child care. I want to see about getting my payments from him and possibly increasing the amount because of the child care payments. My name is Alisha Loehr.
