What other motions can a custodial parent file

I keep getting slapped with motions to modify and visitation you name it? I want to know what paperwork can a sole custody parent file to make things work such as payment for medical bills, making sure one takes his kids for the visitations and if not could be fined? What options do I have to be heard in the Kansas court? It is always a support thing he doesn't pay but he keeps me running around to give paperwork over have things signed by my employers and I gain nothing?
