What A Great Country Right?

I have served my country for over 25yrs and 16yrs have been with the Special Forces in Colorado. I served in Haiti in 95, Afghanistan 2002-2003, and Iraq 2003-2004 then went back as a DOD Contractor to both Iraq and Afghanistan.
I am writing you because of my bad situation that I am in at the present time. While I was on active duty overseas, my wife filed for a divorce and the State of NE garnished my wages. The Judge of Red Willow County over ruled the Federal Laws protecting Soldiers against this type of judgment.
Then I retired while overseas with the Army Reserves and have moved back to Colorado working with the Army ROTC in Boulder at CU-Boulder for the Dept of the Army as a Civilian. The court has garnished 60% of my paycheck leaving me with only $384.00 every two weeks to live on.
I have been fighting with the VA on my disability claim for over a year and three months for all of my injuries sustained from being on Airborne status (16yrs) and my many Combat Tours. I have even been diagnose with PTSD and the stress. All this has made me decide to write to you.
1. I haven't been compensated with my VA claim for over 1yr.
2. The courts have over ruled Federal Law on garnishment of a Service member on active duty over seas.
3. The court is taking 60% of my wages to the point that I will loose my place to live and can't pay my bills. This will impact my job because I can't get to work.
4. The court is trying to garnish my VA disability so that my ex-wife will get 1/2 of it. She already gets 1/2 of my military retirement and 1/2 of my Federal DOD retirement. She also gets house and she has been awarded alimony/child support at the level of $1800 a month from the overseas illegal garnishment.
Sir I have fought for this great country and I have been gone overseas since just after 911. When I finally came back to the great US of A I will become homeless and unemployed for the first time in my life. This is from the illegal Red Willow court judgments against me. I have had to spend over $32,000 on Lawyers on fighting these civil rights abuses and I am at the point of giving up on the system that I so proudly fought for.
In closing I am in dire need to get some kind of help that my Lawyers couldn't do for me. By January I will be with out a place to live and will be forced to live in my Jeep just to keep my job.
