West Virginia Court Order For College Tuition

I have a court order that states, I must pay all tuition and that is all it says. Can the court legally make me pay college tuition in WV and for how long and what if the kid isn't passing any classes. Never married and kid is 20 years old now..

You may want to consider going back to court and getting the order changed. Especially if the child is not taking college seriously? What year was the decree ordered?

I'm sorry but this is crap. When I was 20 n going to school I had to pay for every dime myself I worked 2 jobs to do so. They count ur parents income til like 22 yrs. So wv is all for kids from divorced homes. And kids from married homes don't get anything? I wldnt force my parents to pay but how can they force a divorced parent to pay but not a married one? CRAP.
