Went from Full time to Part time

I currently have a child support order in NJ for my daughter. The support order was based on my full-time hours before however due to medical issues I had to drop done to part time hours and there for less pay, So my question is am I able to go back to court to get the support order changed based on my new hours and pay or wil that only hurt me in the long run?

You can go back to court and file a modification of child support. Also, my advice would be to send anything...even if it is $10 a month to show the Judge that you are trying.
