Was in prison for 5 years an on child support louisiana courts would not bring me to court

I was in prison for 5 years Louisiana courts would not bring me to court family talk to worker would not help. i wrote letter, file motions my self no response the still would not help with the back child support even though i was in prison now is on my credit trying to get a better place for my family an cant because of credit need help in Louisiana have no rights
