When i was 17 i let my mother and her husband become the custodian parent i became the non custodian of my then at the time 4 month old she is now 8 i was never proven unfit and never had child protected services involved i never have had drug problems and i have a clean backgroung no arrests on my adult record but at 17 i wasnt ready to raise a child i did not want to be on walfare and wanted a better foture for her then what i could give her at the time i have always had contact and vistiaon with her now they are tring to get my vists droped down to supervised by saying it would put her in danger..(my husband is not her father)there reasons are my husband ..two years ago he got custody of his two childern which live with us we also have a two year old about 6 months ago he filed a motion to relocate out of state with the last know address of his childerns mother three months after living out of the state of which he has custody the mother took him back to court to have the childern bourght back to ohio it was granted on the grounds he did not use the address she had on file with the courts..now my mother is saying that if my daughter was to be with me unsupervised that id flee the stase in her statment it says my husband would not return the kids that the mother had to hire i private I that we moved 3 times within 2 months and changed the kids schools 3 times to try and avoid bringing the kids back ..which is a lie we came back a week after the order even thought we had 30 days shes sayin that my husband is violent because of a order of protection his childerns mother had on him ..and in explianing all this i wanted to know if the courts grant the suprevised visits can it effect the cousdty of my husbands kids and are son i meanif i was proven to be of a danger to her would i also be considered a danger to them
