Visitation Issues

My ex crazy hours and sometimes goes to work and schedules appointments on the days he has off so i allow him to visit her when he wants, stay how long he wants, i am very kind to him when he is here. it's when he decides he doesn't want to show up without calling that starts our fights, or if i ask 1 favor of him to watch her so i can run to bank since i didn't want to drag her with in the bad weather. he says i have to give advance notice meaning 5days advance. that is pathetic to call and say can you watch her in 5days so i can go to the bank.pretty much i do him the favor to visit on his convenience and when i ask for 1 thing it's an issue. he states he wants to take me to court so that he can take her out of the house without me around.

I told him that he can until he gets to know her and spends few weeks with her. but when he goes out at night to drink he can call at 1am and stay over then. he is pathetic and it makes me sick inside knowing he is as selfish as he is. if anything he should respect me for doing it all alone. . so i told him if he wants to take me to court then go ahead. i think he would be messing it up for himself, i really feel id get custody of her and he would start out with visitations just as he does now, but with court it doesn't go by whats convenient schedule, it goes by whats best for our daughter .
