Urgent Child Support Answer Requested

I have to respond to a clerks office in writing about a summons that was delivered to me for child support. However, I have proof that the other party has falsified police reports that have to do with visitation (not child spprt). We also will be going to court the same day for custody (to be given back to me). I do not hardly work as I have a newborn, so what do I write? Urgent reply!
