Unempoyed Father In Need Of Assistance

I lost my job after my child support was increased. I also missed a court hearing for my divorce in the process of moving. My now ex-wife was awarded full custody. My job search has been dismal at best. My ex-wife is not allowing visitation of my children.

I have just recently spent 30 days in jail for uncorrected traffic violations. I need to get back on my feet and hit the ground running so I can be the father my children need me to be. I am trying to find out what services are available to me as I have a child support hearing on august 28, 2009. Thank you in advance for any information you provide.

Hi Mark,

Thanks for contacting us. Mark I strongly recommend that you take a look at our low cost legal service. It's only $27 dollars a month and well worth it. You get many benefits and it's set up for people with low income. Trying to get on your feet without legal counsel is very difficult, when dealing with divorce and child support. I personally use this service and I would never be without it.

Read the link below that explains some of the benefits. It's in two parts, so read both pages. If you have any questions or want to sign up, give us a call.
