There was a custody and paternity hearing

My childrens mother lost custody of our kids and my mother took them temporarily but she also lost them while i was in jail. there was a hearing and paternity test done while i was incarcerated and now she tells me there is a court order that i cannot see them without supervision how do i find out if this is true??? how do i find out what happened at that hearing?
