The father of my child has been threatening me

I am from another country and got pregnant by an American citizen from Missouri. I found out he was cheating on me and was dating another girl from my country. I discovered he is lying to me too. He got mad when I found out about his lies and cheating. He has been verbally abusive and started threatening me, accused me of things that are not true, installed spywares on my computer and hacked my online accounts.

I do not want to be with him and I am scared of him. But he keeps insisting he wants to marry me and take me to the US and this will be for our child. (I think he is just saying this because he knows I will say no.)

I stopped communicating with him when I was 5 months pregnant. My son is now 2 month old. He is trying to contact me by asking some of my relatives where I am (but he never really tried hard to look for me. He never said sorry for what he put me through too)

He never gave me any support. No support for prenatal care. No support for my CS delivery. No support for milk and diapers. As in nothing. All he did before was give me stress.

I didn't put his name on my son's birth certificate.

I do not know why he is looking for me and demanding to talk to me.

My question is will he ever have rights to my son even if he is not listed as the father?
What can I do if he threatens me again? Or if he does the things he is threatening me with? Who should I turn to?
I think he lied about his real identity, Is there any way for me to find out who he really is?
