Termination Of Child Support In Florida

I have been denied visitation/correspondence with my daughter for the last 8 years. My daughter is now at the age where I can apply to terminate child support. I have no idea where they currently are or how to reach them. How do I notify my ex of termination if I have no idea where they are?
