Temporary Child Support When Husband Has No Job

When I filed for divorce, my husband took early retirement which the court is holding in escrow. I am going to a hearing for temporary child support and alimony, will they make him get a job, or how will he pay anything?

Thanks for your question. That is going to be determined by the judge. If possible make the judge away of the monies in escrow. Is there a court date scheduled?
