Taking The Non Custodial Parent Off Of Child Support

I have 2 children ages 2 1/2 and 1. My one year old is disabled and my children’s father is helping me with them. I receive SSI for my son, and the child support order is not enough to help with the bills, so I want to take him off of Child Support so that it won't interfere with my son's SSI.
Neither one of us make enough to cover my son's medical expenses or for medications. My daughter is on his health insurance though. Is there a way to take him off of Child Support since I am not Medicaid and only my son is? He is on Medicaid disability and Medicare. I don't want any of his benefits to be messed up for a measly $179 bi-weekly.
