Stubborn Ex-husband

by sb
(stuart, fl)

Long story short was divorced 2 kids husband ordered to pay 323 into bank acct directly to me. I wanted to apply for fs in fl and had to go thru cs enforcement, well he refused to follow court order and still pd me directly now state has him at $3000 in arrears and he is taking me to ct saying he pd me directly. He does not see or communicate with his kids so I do not feel like this was cs but rather a gift?

As long as the payment he gave you did NOT go thru the child support payment system then yes you are correct and it is a GIFT. I would find proof online of that and take it to court with you. Good luck.
