Stopping a established child support case

My 3yr old daughter's father had me assaulted, and he still has rights our child? I don't understand this him and i cant work out anything not even on the court's order. I told him today it wasn't a good idea to visit with our daughter and asked if we could plan for a different day ( we are under a winter storm advisory, the roads are hazardous) he told me no. He still proceeded to come to get her i still had said no i didn't feel it was safe for her to leave anywhere.

Well when he came to the door i still told him not n closed the door he went to lunged forward toward the door. luckily i closed n locked in time, i proceeded to call 911 ass he was trying to beat my door in. The police came n took a report they never did anything because there was no physical damages... I didn't feel safe about his n my relationship at all i cant work with him n he has a history of domestic violence... i have tried and tried to turn to my case worker for help and the courts i don't know what to do?
