Steps To Stop Child Support Order

My son is only 5 months old, the mother and I recieved a letter in a mail about few months ago. Explaining that I have to pay cash medical support or provide health inusurance for our son. Mother and I lived with are parents for fincial reasons.

The mother is the custodian parent. CSEA order me pay 200 dollars a month for medical support. The problem is that my gross income is less than 150% of the poverty level. The law stated that I am not required to psy cash medical support for my son.

The mother never requested for me to pay child support because we are still together as a couple but do not live in the same house. I spend time and take care of my son everyday of the week. Only lived less than 2 miles away from my child. The mother of my chid does not work because she is a full time student.

My question is why CSEA still after me for child support? The reason for me dealing with them because not mother request child support. They told me that I have to pay cash medical support. I feel like I'm getting screw over by CSEA.
