Statute Of Limitations For Collecting Daycare And Medical Expenses In Utah?

In my divorce decree it orders my ex husband to pay one half of my medical and dental insurance premiums. The amount he is ordered to pay is $53.33. He is also ordered to pay $150.00 per month for his portion of day care expenses, and one half of all out of pocket medical and dental expenses. We have been divorced since 1996 and he has not paid any of these items. I understand that the statute of limitations for collecting child support is 8 years or 4 years past the time the last child turns 18. Is that the same for collecting on these other items?
