Starting Child Support In North Carolina And She Lives In Ohio

Ive been a single parent for 3 years, we reside in Raleigh, nc but i was recently informed by the child support agency here that my child's mom lives in Ohio, she has never been served papers because when she was here they couldn't find her and now they say its out of their hands how can i get her served in Ohio.

NC Child support will need to get Ohio involved. You yourself can contact Ohio and attempt to open a case there. Do you have any contact information for your ex? They will need some information to contact her to serve her with papers.
