standing custody order

At the end of July, my husband and I got into an argument, that ended up becoming violent. I filed domestic battery charges against him, as our two year old daughter was in the room when he hit me, and later commented on it. I filed a restraining order against him, and when we went to court the judge set up visitation for him to see her on alternate weekends.

The problem is, I'm pregnant, and due in January. I was a stay at home mom, and not prepared to move back with my parents. I have no income, and no means to file for divorce. My husband insists that he will take this baby right after birth for the weekends he takes our daughter. I don't think that this is a good idea for an infant to be away from me for days at a time, and it's just not possible since I'll be breastfeeding. Is there any way that I can have the judge modify the custody order so that he can't take the baby until it's older. I have no problem with him seeing the baby, for example, if he wanted to come to my home and spend a couple of hours. And if so, how old should the baby be before it spends two days away from me?
