Social Security Disability Child Support Case

The father of my child has paid no child support during the entire life of my son, even though the court has ordered him to do so. I just found out the the father is receiving social security disability. Shouldn't I be able to get some sort of payment from him even if he is receiving those benefits?

Actually yes. Call the Social Security administration. If your child's father is collecting a check then all of his children are to receive a check as well. Have you contacted your local SSA office?
