Rights Of The Parental Father

My son is currently 21 years of age, currently in College. The mother has never taken me up for Child Support. To get what she and the child wants she always threaten me that she will take me up for Child Support for the whole 21 years of my son life. I have been given constantly to keep her off my back. When does threaten stop to where I don't have to hear this anymore and I can go on with my life. Having my son was a joy, but having him by her has been hell.

Thank you for your question. At CSA this is why we always recommend that the "father" open a child support case if the mother is unwilling. It is for your protection as well. The children are used as pawns and it is unfair. There are statue of limitations in some states. Which state are you referring to where this incident occurred?
