Question About Child Support Glen Haven Colorado

My son is now 21 yrs of age and when he was born I tried to get child support and his fathers mother and stepfather told the sheriff when he tried to deliver the summons that they did not know a George Johnson. Their last name is Taylor so the sheriff believed them. When I went to court the Sheriff told the judge what the Taylor's said and I informed the judge that the Taylor's were his mother and stepfather and that was why they did not have the same last name.

Well nothing ever happened I received no child support. Is there anything I can do now? This support belongs to my son, and he is just starting his adult life and really could use this money.
