Property not in his name

I am a single mother of three children. My ex lives in Pahrump Nevada. Nye county. I have a case with Nye county child support agency. My ex lives on his deceased fathers property that also has rentals that he rents out. He isn't working a job that can be tracked. Just working side jobs.

I have let the child support agency know about the property that he is an heir to but they stated that there is nothing that they can do or even give me advice on what to do. I called and gave them information on how to contact my ex because they don't have a good number for him and they stated that they would take the number but they wouldn't call it ever. I asked why and they stated that they do not call them ?????

I asked why he hasn't been arrested and they stated that they have to send them 3 delinquent letters and then I have to send them a letter and a picture to them requesting that he be arrested for non support of over 20,0000 in arrears. What???? I thought that was a felony charge and that they would do that themselves. I really don't know who to contact or what my next move on this is. I'm angry and just don't know how to pursue this at all. I would also like to know who the District Attorney answers to because I would like to be involved in changes that need to be made with child support.
