Please Help Me With My Child Support Case

When I was 17 my daughters father took me to court and we had a court ordered agreement that he would pay $200.00 a month. This was based on him having her 2/3 of the time (which he did not have her) and keeping her w/ medical and dental. That he has not provided by him for about 10 years now. In the mean time he quit his lucrative job to move to NM. He did not pay any child support for 3 years. Since our order was still through MN and they had to work w/ NM it took them 3 years to finally revoke his license and he went to jail for Non- payment of child support. Upon him moving to NM he and his new girlfriend started up a pet grooming company that he was "supposedly" not working for. (but answers the phone there on a regular basis and was even pictured on their website) NM takes him to court and they tell him he has to get a job to start paying child support. So he goes to work for Home Depot working only part-time to pay the $125 child support order they said he had to pay plus $150 of back child support.

In the mean time he married his new girlfriend and they still own the pet grooming company. He supports their new son and her daughter from a previous relationship. They have LOTS of money but he still just "works" part-time at Home Depot to pay the $125 a month child support. I have done a re-modification back in February of 2010 and I cannot get any answer from my child support officer in MN and the child support office in NM will not give me any information. They say my child support officer has to contact them. I am getting increasingly frustrated. what can I do??
