Paying for insurance and child support

I have over $3000 dollars in back-pay for child support. I have recently found a job but have not reported it to child support yet. I was planning on reporting it after Christmas and then I received a packet in the mail stating that I have to pay $62.42 a week for my sons health insurance. My regular child support payments are $233 a month. I try to see my child but the mother will changer her phone number or just not answer at all. she is pregnant with someone elses child right now. she even tells me that my son doesn't want to see me, which i know is a lie. My question is --do I still have to pay the child support payments even though I am not providing insurance payments?
