Paying Child Support On A Consistent Basis

I have a daughter whose dad never pays the amount he is supposed to and its not consistent he owes almost 3,000 in back support he has a tattoo shop he runs out of his home (i have proof)and makes money under the table he's married but they don't take the money from the wife and they cannot see for the past 4 yrs about his taxes cause he's not claiming them.

They know all this but still wont do anything to him this has been going on for like 8 years and im sick of it. i am a single mother of two working part time and i need this money. i will no longer sit back and allow this to go on and im not the only person from paulding county who has these problems with them making them pay. i will keep going above peoples heads till something is done so i thought you guys were a good start they give him 3 to 6 months every time he does this to get a job then another month to get him to court and all along im the one struggling to take care of her.

Anyways my name is Joni clason the father is Jason kever i am from Antwerp Ohio the child support agency is in paulding ohio 419-399-8464 is their number andrea is my case worker and mike jones is their lawyer. if you can offer any help i would appreciate a response. also if you can offer any names of people i can speak to to get this out in the open because alot of us from paulding county are having the same issue and it needs to be tooken care of if their not going to do their jobs then they need to close.

Maybe their pay should be based on the amount of people they make pay then if they were the ones without their money to live on maybe they would do more. do you know any newspapers that would help get our problem addressed do i just call them or what? thank you very much.
