Paying Child Support But Kids Live With Me

I have had my kids for about 4-5 years, the mother wont pick them up and i don't know where she lives, i have tried going to child support and family and children service, what do i do because i still have to support the kids with me.

You should try and contact children services again. Talk to a supervisor if you must! They can help you get immediate legal custody of the children. Also they will be able to get it worked out with child support.
