Paternity When Spouse Is Dead

I was living with my boyfriend for 2 years before I got pregnant while still married. My son was born and his birth certificate remains father unknown, well I know who the father is and want his birth certificate to reflect that. My problem is my husband at the time of my son's birth died 2 weeks later so he can't sign the denial portion on the acknowledgment of paternity form. Ive been married to my son's father for 3 years now and would like his birth certificate to show having a father.

This is a legal issue. Since the ex is deceased you will need to contact a legal rep to see your options. Have you contacted the Social Security administration?
