Paternity Test For Stark County Child Support On Uncoopertive Father

I would like to start the child support process, but the alleged father will not cooperate. I do not have his address, so how do I go about this?

Mel,

You need to go down to the child support enforcement agency in Canton and open a case. They should have a parent locating service to help locate this individual.

They should then start a process to try to find him. If they do locate him, it will be mandatory for him to take a paternity test.
