Paternity Situation Stark County Canton Ohio

I am 16 and have a 4 month old son. I am not positive on the paternity of my child but it is between 2 people. But unless necessarily I do not want to discuss one of the possibilities unless the first one is negative. Then I would discuss it. But since I have to bring my mother with me do I have a legal right to not let her and the first possibility know about the second unless the situation arises?
