Owe back child support for 3 children

Back in 2001 I was divorced and She was granted child support. Now i never new about going to court because she told them she had no contact with me. Paternity was never established. But i did sign birth certificate. I just naturally assumed they were mine.

Now 10 yrs later. I spoke with my son after not seeing him in those many years. That my oldest daughter is not my child and the youngest one may not be my child either. Now they are charging me arrears since the first born in 1998.But that can't be right. And they are taking my income tax as well. But all that money they have taken from me for children that are not mine. Should be given back to me or at the least applied to what ever arrears i do old for the 1 that is mine. I need help.
