One Child Is 20 And The Other 15

My ex wife owes around 13,000 in child support. I have filed a just cause in Hanover VA to collect. What do I need when we are to appear in court? I haven't pushed the child support issue in 5 years but feel its time for her to pay. Have I waited too long for my 20 year old?
