Obligee Is Taking Advantage Of Obligor
by Chris

The obligee is getting twice as much of income than the obligor, plus he doesn't have to pay rent/morgage,or electricity/gas,he receives the child support payment in the summer time when the obligor has the children full time. The worst part of this is that he doesn't need the child support, because he puts most of it into a savings account.
The Obligor is paying a mortgage, paying for electricity, and struggles during the summer trying to meet ends meet when she's also gratefully able to have the children live with her. She feels like she is paying to be able to visit her children. (NO, the court did not put the children in the obligor's custody, it was a mutual agreement at the time)
Thanks for any input.
