Notify child support enforcement

The father of my child has been incarsarated since June of 2010. He just recently married while in jail. Since he has been incarsarated I have not recieved any child support because he is not employed. My question is since his new wife is employed, shouldn't she have to pay some kind of child support? I am doing the best I can with what I have, but my son has needs that cost more than I alone am able to provide. If someone knows anything about this situation, I would appreciate to hear your experience and advice.

You have to get state help.She has no ties to you're child!!

Actually she now has marital ties to my child! She is his "step mother." And I really don't think the state should be the answer all the time. But thanks for your opinion!
