I live in NJ and my ex-wife lives in Florida. When we separated I moved to NJ. She had my 3 kids and we agreed to $1000 a month on support. We got divorced Jan of 09. And the judge order was to continue with our agreement of $1000 a month. In march of 2010 my zone came to live with me. My question is what do I need to do to lower my payment?

File for a child support modification. Not to sure if they will do it in your state since the child support was done in another state. Its worth a try just go to the court house and tell them you want to file for a child support modification.
