Non Usa Citizen Applying For Us Child Support

I am a Filipino citizen and i lived here in the Philippines and so as my 5 year old daughter. his father lives in California who is a permanent resident. so basically our relationship didn't work out we are not even married and we have a daughter. he went back to U.S. and i heard he's already married and have 2 kids.

ever since my daughter was born he didn't give anything to us. so my question is can i file a child support to him in the U.S. even me and my kids are not a U.S. nationals? if ever how much will i get coz he already have a child support from his first wife and have 2 kids in his 2nd wife.
