No Child Support Since Last Year

I ordered child support and filed it Dec 2008. The NCP has not been paying child support every since May 2009. He lives in North Carlina and I live in Georgia. He does not work but I have all his information on where he is living and etc. I have given the information to my child support case worker ever since 2009 but have not heard anything back from them. What more can I do to get enforcement?
