needing modification done

for the past few years i have been monitoring by monitoring i mean taking notes from what i see and what my daughter tells me that has been going on at her mothers house. bare in mind that my daughter is 7 years of age and just today i called my wife and talked with her and she told me that my daughter found a condom in her mothers bedroom while she was looking for her Nintendo DS she also told my wife that her and her mother share a bedroom and knows what they do with the condom. me as a father i have joint legal custody and i am a deployed soldier right now in Afghanistan i am very concerned about my daughters well being and the things she is witnessing to and the things she is learning how and what can i do to stop this legally i need some help?????
