Need Modification But Dont Live In State Of Current Order

I have child support orders in place in Riverside, CA. I moved to Charlotte, NC 5 years ago. My x husband now lives in TX. The last time we modified was when he lost his job and I never modified after that. The child support orders are for $340.00 a month. He does give me $600.00 a month. He now makes $100,000 a year and I need to modify the orders again. I have a 12 and 14 year old boys and $600 a month is not enough for them. I had been directed in several different directions. Where or what do I need to do to get the orders modified?
